Maintenance Mechanic (Nights)
Salary: USD
22 - USD
32 per hour + Overtime (1.5x) + Training + Progression + Bonus + 401k + PTO + Holiday + Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance + More!
Location:
Franklin Park, IL (commutable from: Elmhurst, Lombard, La Grange, Elmwood Park, Des Plaines, Schaumburg)
We are looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Mechanic to join a well‑established manufacturer for a secure nights role with strong earning potential and long‑term stability. The role includes consistent overtime and a collaborative culture that supports your growth.
- Repairing and servicing machinery and equipment
- Supporting installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Assisting with machine changeovers, adjustments, and troubleshooting
- Ongoing training and development
- 12‑hour rotating night shifts (3 on, 2 off, 4 on, 2 off – 7:00 pm – 7:00 am)
- Hands‑on maintenance experience
- Mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
- Looking for a stable, long‑term role
