Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Loader/Unloader Lead to support the Rental Division. The Loader/Unloader Lead is responsible for ensuring that productivity, department goals and quality standards are consistently met in the unloading and loading of customer route trucks. Production Leads coordinate the work of Loaders/Unloaders and participate in these activities as needed to ensure all customer route trucks are loaded by the end of the shift.

- Must be willing to handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.
- Requires standing for most of shift.
- Requires stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
- Requires physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, for most of shift.

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $20.00 – $27.50 /Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
