! Our Champaign, IL team is hiring a seasoned technician who thrives on completing high-quality work and is hungry to expand their industry skills.
Exceptional pay:
We value experience, and you'll make $32.00 - $38.00/hour based on qualifications. Plus, we're offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus and spiff potential to reward excellent performance!
Reasonable hours:
You'll work a consistent 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday schedule with half-days on Fridays.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Travel to assigned locations, engage with clients, and provide professional customer service
- Accurately install heating and air conditioning equipment while following all codes and regulations
- Recommend additional upgrades when appropriate
- Positively represent our company and make a real difference for customers
- 2+ years of hands‑on HVAC experience
- Ability to participate in an on‑call rotation
- Polite and professional attitude
- Desire to learn more and grow within the industry
- Valid driver's license
- Residence within 30 minutes of Champaign, IL
- EPA certification –
