Field Service Technician, Digital Jetfire

• Perform Mechanical / Electrical troubleshooting, repairing, conduct maintenance & training on Digital printing equipment.
• In Warranty, Charge Service or Service Contract situations.
• Work with assigned qualified riggers to install new or used equipment that are sales generated.
• Perform inspections on equipment and complete the proper documentation and attaching photographs.
• Complete all paperwork in a timely manner (i.e., expenses, time sheets, escalation reports, online training courses, car maintenance etc.)

• Technical degree is a plus, but not required
• High School diploma or G.E.D. required
• 5 to 10 years of field service experience, or related work experience
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Good personality for customer relations
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Moderate PC skills, i.e., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft apps
• Ability to travel with overnight hotel stays % to 75% of the time.
• Willing to follow strict safety guidelines
• Ability to pass background and drug screen
• Clean driving record, company car is included.

Demonstrates expertise in Mechanical and Electrical Troubleshooting and Repair of Digital Printing Equipment, with a strong focus on Customer Relations and Effective Communication. Proven ability to perform Inspections, Complete Documentation, and Adhere to Safety Guidelines while managing Field Service Operations.
