Greenlink Energy Solutions is seeking a skilled Electrician with experience in general electrical work, including design, inspection, and installation of fixtures and home improvement and energy efficiency measures. Previous experience in solar PV installation and maintenance is preferred.

• Adhere to Greenlink and OSHA safety standards.
• Run AC and DC wiring; perform service panel upgrades; change out meter pedestals.
• Perform general electrical work related to construction, home improvement, and energy efficiency.
• Perform electrical wiring, conduit work, and panel installations.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical components of solar energy systems.

• 5 to 10+ years of electrician experience and equivalent practical knowledge.
• Proven experience as an electrician with extensive commercial electrical experience.
• Familiarity with inverters, charge controllers, and battery storage systems.
• Ability to use electrical and hand tools (wire strippers, voltmeters, etc.) and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures, legal regulations, and guidelines.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Lift 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Bend, kneel, squat, crawl, and twist in various positions.
• Drive power tools and use other small tools such as hammers and wrenches.
• Work in inclement weather.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a collaborative decision‑making approach.
• Clean driving record and access to transportation to job sites.
• NABCEP certification.
• Valid electrician's license or certification.
