Job Summary

Metropolitan Family Services (MFS) empowers families to learn, earn, heal, and thrive. We are currently looking to fill a Clinical Program Supervisor role at our Palos Hills office.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $80,000 – $91,000 annually, based on skill and experience.

Sign‑On Bonus: $2,500 paid in three installments — $500 within the first or second paycheck, $1,000 after six months, and $1,000 after one year.

Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage; $2,000 HSA contribution for individuals and $4,000 for families; free Teladoc services; 401(k) with a 4% employer match, vested 100% on day one.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Supervise and coordinate all program aspects, including service delivery, community groups, and personnel matters.
  • Maintain quality and quantity of services; stay informed of client needs and participate in planning.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for clinical services.
  • Provide case management, counseling, advocacy, education, and related services to participants.
  • Handle all personnel matters: hiring, employee relations, performance improvement, staff development, assignments, and terminations; identify potential staff leaders.
  • Develop and implement the program’s annual and long‑term plans.
  • Recommend program budget to management.
  • Ensure integration of multi‑service, multi‑disciplinary, and systems approaches.
  • Build and maintain contacts with community groups related to program needs.
  • Collaborate with community agencies, organizations, and institutions.
  • Work with other program supervisors to achieve goals and explore development opportunities.
  • Operate effectively with diverse staff and service populations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver adequate services to clients and manage work efficiently.
  • Maintain assigned community and home‑based services.
  • Work effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
  • Superior skills with families or communities.
  • Competence in consultation, teaching, and writing.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) — preferred.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution — required.
  • 5+ years post‑graduate counseling or social work experience with supervisory experience — required.
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) — required.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Pass all relevant screenings and criminal background checks.
TRANSPORTATION/TRAVEL

Driving for work required with a personally owned vehicle. Travel between sites not required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The role requires sitting and standing for sustained periods, frequent talking and hearing, use of hands and fingers, and occasional bending, stretching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Close visual acuity is required to perform tasks such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, and viewing a computer terminal.
