Bilingual Tutors Compensation:
The rate of pay for internal bilingual tutors and other non-certified staff is $15.00 per hour if they hold a high school diploma, $18.02/hour if they hold an Associate's degree, or $22.41/hour if they hold a Bachelor's degree. The hourly rate of pay for other certified staff is $40/hour.
