Position Summary
Sign on bonus available:
Bachelor eligible candidates $8,000 and Master eligible candidates $10,000.
Candidates selected for hire between our promotional period of March 18 2026 through April 30 2026 may be eligible for an increased sign on bonus of double our traditional offering as part of their offer. To qualify for the sign on bonus, you must verbally accept your offer within 24 hours.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations of the Access Center to provide comprehensive diagnostic behavioral health assessments and medically necessary service needs of clients presenting to the Northern IL Region. Provide and monitor continuity of assessment and admission services in an ethical, legal, and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.
Participate as a team member in the delivery of treatment services to clients and their families, as well as facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations. Ensure access to care is streamlined across locations.
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other behavioral health related field
- Licensed in Illinois as a minimum LSW/LPC/AMFT, LCSW/LCPC preferred
- Must qualify at a minimum as a QMHP per Illinois Department of Health Rule 132, LPHA preferred
- Proven experience in behavioral health, social service, or related field
- Demonstrated clinical competency in client assessment
- Strong computer skills required, including proficiency in operating various software applications, and navigating digital platforms effectively
- Self‑starter with ability to work independently.
- Ability to work within a team
- Sound judgement to assess situations, determine the severity of crises, and take appropriate action, including referral to emergency services
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate clearly, thoroughly, and professionally
- Proficient skills with EHR / EMR / CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite required
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Ability to travel to designated Rosecrance locations for monthly staff check in
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet agency insurance requirements
