• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a School Social Worker
• Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred

• Demonstrated capacity to manage caseloads, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive situations professionally
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
