The Work Management group is helping the organization to build the tools for helping organizations work effectively and efficiently. The product was recognized as a Leader in the 2023 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Collaborative Work Management!

We are looking an Engineering Tech Lead to join the Work Management Group
. As part of this role, you will work on monday's main product, which is helping organizations around the world and millions of users to work effectively and efficiently.

• Be part of an R&D domain technical leadership, closely affect the company products architecture and craftsmanship.
• Evolve our architecture and engineering to support the ever growing scale of users, features and data.
• Work with a small team of experienced and highly talented developers in a CI/CD environment with cutting edge technologies.
• Work closely with Product and Design, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Our Stack - React.
  
  JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, MySQL

• Strong proven technical skills and a passion for developing products that people love and use everyday.
• Technical leadership experience (Architect/ tech lead or similar roles)
• Experience building user facing products on the web in large scale
• Experience in Full-stack development.
• Understanding of product and a passion for building software that provides a great experience.
• Team player, strong communication skills, and empathetic.
• Focus on quality and simplicity.
