Software V&V Lead

Mandatory Skills

• Around 10 years experience in Building instrumentation,
  SCA (Structural Coverage Analysis) Build creation and Coverage analysis
• Aerospace domain experience is mandatory
• 6+ years experience in RTRT tool usage for SCA activities
• Strong experience of Software Testing methodologies, including Black-box
  , White-box and boundary value analysis
• 6+ years strong experience with DO-178B/C standards and their application in software verification processes
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in avionics systems (e.g., C,
  Ada
  )
• Experience with software testing tools and frameworks for unit, integration SSIT and HSIT and system level testing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of defects
• Strong documentation and communication skills to clearly articulate test results and findings
• Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g.,
  DOORS
  )
• Experience in working within a regulated environment with a focus on safety-critical systems
• Experience on configuration and change management activities using tools like Synergy CM/Change
  , Polarion/SVN
