Software Developer - React

Abb Vie’s EPIC team is responsible for building and deploying scalable in-house generative AI applications to boost productivity and accelerate scientific innovation. As a React Developer on the EPIC team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining AI-powered web applications using React, Typescript, and related skills. You will work closely with Abb Vie’s UX experts to design, develop, and deploy software that improve our internal business processes and support our mission to deliver innovative therapies to patients worldwide.

• Develop and maintain web applications using React, Typescript, and related skills, including our core enterprise generative AI suite
• Collaborate with EPIC team members to design and implement new features
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner

• Bachelors degree in relevant field and at least 5 years relevant experience OR Masters degree in relevant field and at least 4 years experience OR equivalent experience
• Expertise in developing and maintaining web applications using React and Typescript
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and Java Script
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Verbal and written communication skills

• Previous experience working in a biopharmaceutical setting
