- Safety First – drivers safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner, adhering to traffic laws and company safety requirements, and completing vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
- Count and record inventory with precision.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
- Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals and earn productivity-based wage increases.

- Support technology and processes to help the team succeed.
- Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
- Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work.
- No inventory experience required; training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Encouraged to apply if: no degree needed, no experience or returning to workforce, or military experience.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
- Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including early mornings and late nights.
This position requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, using both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequent low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling or crouching, using a ladder, lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs., traveling by car and occasionally by plane including overnight stays.
