Overview

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A flatbed drivers for a regional route.

Location:

Rockford, IL. Full‑time position with most weekends off. Apply before the last week to apply.

• Weekly Pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54 per week
• Annual Pay: $46,984.82 – $ per year (depending on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service)
• Bonus: $5,000 hiring bonus, payable in four $1,250 installments every 90 days over a 12‑month period of active, good‑standing employment. Eligibility requires current employment and active driving duty.
• Transition Package: $1,800 (includes $1,000 for orientation during the first 2 weeks)
• Accessorial Compensation: tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, over‑dimensional pay, and mileage pay.

• Required: Valid Class A CDL
• Required: 21 years of age or older
• Required: Safe driving record on the road
• Required: No more than six jobs in the last three years
• Required: At least four months of driving experience
• Required: Background check
• Required: Clean drug test
• Required: Clean clearinghouse results
• Required: Physical ability to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (tested during orientation). Drivers must tarp approximately 70% of loads.
• Preferred: One year of truck driving experience (not required)
