Flatbed CDL-A OTR Driver

Job Overview

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for OTR routes in the western region of America. As a driver, you will transport items such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and full benefits.

Weekly Pay: $1,171.40–$2,106.07 per week;
Annual Pay: $60,912.97–$ per year, depending on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service. Rates: $0.55–$0.60 per mile.

Additional accessorial compensation: tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay.

Transition Package: $1,800 total (including $1,000 for first 2 weeks orientation).

Home Time: 3 weeks out, then 3 days off (variation by division; this opportunity is for Division 200).

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• Safe driving record required
• No more than six jobs in last three years
• Minimum 4 months of driving experience; 1 year preferred but not required
• Background check required
• Clean drug test required
• Clean Clearinghouse result required
• Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation

System Transport does not allow pets. Riders aged 7 and up after 90 days of safe driving are allowed.
