Earn an additional $337.50 per week from May 18, 2026 – August 15, 2026 by remaining available all week and pulling assigned loads.

To qualify:
- Must be trained, onboarded, and pulling loads by July 27, 2026
- Must be actively employed on payout dates
- Shop time disqualifies weekly bonus eligibility
- Weekly home time with a 34-hour reset (weekends not guaranteed)
- 100% touch freight
- Deliveries throughout IL, WI, IN, MI, IA & KY
- Average 800–1,000 miles weekly
- International & Freightliner tractors
- Paid 2-day ride-along training at $150/day
Drivers should be available Sunday through Saturday
. Workdays change based on freight and delivery schedules. Flexibility is important since routes are planned around your weekly home reset.
- First Load — $250
- 30 Days — $250
- 60 Days — $250
- 90 Days — $500
- 120 Days — $250
- 150 Days — $250
- 180 Days — $750
Drivers must remain actively employed on each payout date. Bonus terms are subject to company policy.
Qualifications- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience within the last 3 years
- Able to safely perform touch freight unloads
- Strong customer service skills
- Physically capable of handling stacked freight
- Bring two weeks of personal supplies to orientation
- Flexibility with changing schedules
- Truck parking required at the Markham Terminal or Joliet DC (no truck parking at home)
- Clean MVR
- Clean background
- Strong work ethic
- Not SAP Friendly
- Medical, dental, vision & 401(k) after 60 days
- On-site support staff
- Paid vacation:
- 1 week after 1 year
- 2 weeks after 2 years
- 3 weeks after 7 years
- 4 weeks after 10 years
