Iron Way Transportation Inc is seeking Flatbed Trainers to lead orientation and hands-on training for new drivers at their Oak Brook, Illinois location. • Flatbed driving experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of load securement (chains, straps, WLL, load distribution)
• Real-world HOS usage and FMCSA regulations
• Ability to train clearly and effectively
• Ability to address and correct issues directly
• Ability to hold drivers accountable
• Detail-oriented, structured, and organized
• Strong communication and leadership presence
• CDL A Driver License (required)
• 2 years of CDL A and flatbed experience (required)
• Ability to commute to Oak Brook, IL (required)
