Job Overview

Warehouse Associate - Rockford, IL

Pay: $20 - $22 per hour, with performance bonuses up to $2,500.

Work hours:

Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm.

• Accurately pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assist in loading the delivery truck.
• Receive shipments, log them into inventory, and maintain inventory through audits.
• Communicate positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers, and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick‑ups.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintaining required certification, performing vehicle safety checks, and reporting discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assist in keeping the facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior forklift experience.
• Ability to follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor, or warehousing preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
