Position

Purpose:

The Warehouse Account Specialist serves as the primary operational support contact for two major

customer accounts within Meiborg’s warehousing network. This role ensures accurate order processing, timely communication, and smooth coordination between warehouse operations, drivers, customer service, and the customer. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with Pick/Pack, Shipping & Receiving, and Inventory tasks.

Extensiv WMS experience is a strong plus.

Warehouse Operations Coordination
  • Work closely with forklift operators, shipping/receiving staff, and inventory teams to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks.
  • Support pick/pack operations including order assembly, labeling, packing, and staging.
  • Coordinate shipping schedules, dock appointments, and logistics with transportation partners.
  • Verify inbound paperwork, ensure proper documentation, and ensure goods are accurately received and put away.
  • Inventory & Data Accuracy
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in Extensiv (or other WMS) through timely updates and reconciliations.
  • Conduct periodic cycle counts or physical inventory as required.
  • Review and correct discrepancies related to inventory, orders, or documentation.
  • Administrative & Systems Tasks
  • Prepare BOLs, packing lists, labels, and other shipping documentation.
  • Generate customer reports, invoicing support documents, and account summaries.
  • Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to create spreadsheets, track KPIs, and communicate with internal teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Warehouse Administrators, Coordinators, Customer Service, Planning, and Drivers.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsibilities:

    Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment required.
    • Pick/pack and shipping/receiving experience required.
    • WMS experience required;
      Extensiv experience strongly preferred.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
    • Ability to work onsite in a warehouse environment.
