How You’ll Work- Location

Onsite – 195 King Mill Rd, McDonough, GA 30253 - Schedule
:
Monday–Friday (4:00 AM – 12:30 PM) or (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) - Compensation
: $22.00–$24.00 per hour, final offer based on experience, skills and location - Benefits

As the Lead Warehouse Coordinator, you will support the Warehouse Manager and provide essential coverage during peak afternoon hours. You’ll guide team members and contractor personnel, ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, organized, and free of damage. The role involves hands‑on physical work and requires strong attention to detail. It’s an excellent opportunity for an individual with warehouse or final‑mile experience who is ready to step up and lead by example.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Support the Manager – Warehouse and provide leadership coverage in the afternoons
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage‑free delivery
- Train and guide teammates and oversee contractor personnel in the warehouse
- Process, package, and ship orders accurately
- Maintain inventory accuracy and stock organization
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and completeness
- Keep warehouse space clean, safe, and organized
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
- Reliable, safety‑first warehouse leader who sets the tone for accuracy and accountability
- Strong communicator who can guide teammates and hold contractors accountable
- Physically capable and comfortable with heavy labor
- Detail‑oriented professional who ensures shipments are damage‑free and accurate
- Previous exposure to final mile or appliance installation logistics is a plus
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Warehouse operations experience (shipping, receiving, inventory, or distribution)
- Ability to perform heavy labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able to move appliances using appliance dollies/hand trucks
Preferred
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
