Student Assistant 2 - Van Wert County

Van Wert County
This position is located in Van Wert County and hours are flexible. This position can work up to 28 hours if taking classes and up to 38 hours during the summer and/or academic breaks.
Responsibilities- Aid in the planning, marketing, implementation, and evaluation of the Van Wert County 4-H program and Junior Fair.
- Directly assist program participants, volunteers, and office clientele.
- Assist in preparing and organizing program materials, press releases, brochures, newsletters, and other correspondence.
- Facilitate program registration and evaluation process by organizing and collecting registration and completed surveys.
- Provide exemplary customer service to program registrants, attendees, and clientele.
- Provide hard copy and electronic document development, editing and distribution.
- Possibly coordinate activities for other student employees.
- Represent the department and the university with the highest degree of integrity applying OSU mission and shared values.
- Responsibilities will be moderate and less routine and will require responsibility and good judgement.
- Requires providing excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a professional environment.
- Requires previous experience and knowledge or skill in student assistant role.
- Must represent the department and the university with integrity and align with OSU mission and shared values.
