Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Continuous Improvement Lead’s mission is to ensure progress on deploying and sustaining all elements of the lean production system (LPS) and promote and support continuous improvement mindset growth and methods applications in your site

Accountable
- Own continuous improvement (CI) pillar within the plant
- Support, prioritize and track continuous improvement projects to improve processes
- Conduct loss analysis to identify areas of improvement
Responsible
- Share best practices with CI Leads across other sites and leverage other site learnings at their site
- Ensure that standards are adhered to across systems and monitor the health of the lean production system
- Provide input on overall pillar implementation plans
- Improve problem solving culture and help coach site leadership on CI initiatives and processes
- Manage site cost savings program, the sustainability development program and CAPEX projects
- Support the onboarding of new hire on LPS

- 2 - 5 years experience in a continuous improvment role
- Experience leading and coaching teams
- Demonstrates good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and great organisation skills
- Experience and understanding of Lean Production System principles and methodologies
