Mercy Care is seeking a Bus Driver to join our Aged Care services team at our Kelmscott,Maddington and Rockingham Residential Aged Care facility. The role requires you to be a good communicator, develop rapport quickly,enjoy conversations and being around older people. You will be apart of a team of Residents, Staff and Volunteers, taking them on outings in a 12 seater bus.
The is a part time role working 3 daysa week.
This role has the following roster:
- Thursday:
Rockingham
08:30 - 16:00
You will also possess the following qualifications:
- Have an understanding and empathy of challenges facing our older community members,
- Experience of beingwith people with dementia,
- Have an understanding of a "person centred approach"
- Friendly and kind disposition
- Ability to develop rapport quickly,
- C Class Drivers License
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
- Received the latest Fluand COVID-19 Vaccines
