You can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within our Occupational Safety Team as the H&S Specialist.
Responsibilities- Cover the facility in the Molded Pulp plant
- Conduct regular inspections and compliance audits to identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance
- Organize and deliver health and safety training, informing employees about risks and preventive measures
- Supervise incident management and coordinate corrective actions at the plant level
- Coordinate implementation of health and safety standards, audit the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Develop and maintain emergency plans, organize simulation exercises, and monitor H&S indicators
- Support the plant with diverse day‑to‑day needs and additional tasks
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Health & Safety or a related field
- In‑depth knowledge of local and national health and safety regulations
- Strong skills in risk identification, assessment, and incident analysis
- Ability to organize and deliver H&S training and manage the use of PPE
- Expertise in teaching proactive H&S risk management strategies at all levels of the organization
- Skills in developing, maintaining emergency plans, and organizing simulation exercises
- Ability to deliver basic safety training and coaching and speak confidently in front of groups
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Spanish language is a strong asset due to plant workforce
