What You Will Do:

• Provide comprehensive urgent and acute care for adult and pediatric patients aged 6 months and up
• Manage high patient volumes efficiently while maintaining excellent clinical standards
• Perform minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, ear irrigations, and more
• Serve as the sole provider during shifts, utilizing your clinical expertise to deliver personalized care
• Document thoroughly using Epic EMR with provided training and support
• Collaborate with support staff and a supervising physician to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Skills:

• Minimum 12 months of experience in urgent or acute care settings
• Proficiency with Epic EMR system
• Board certification as PA (NCCPA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
• Valid BLS, DEA, and NC licensing/credentialing
• Ability to handle adult and pediatric patient cases confidently and competently
• Strong soft skills for effective communication and teamwork

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience performing minor procedures such as I&D and lac repairs
• Pediatric care experience and comfort managing patients 6 months and older
• Prior experience working independently in urgent care environments
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Active Certification as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner
• At least 12 months of recent clinical experience in urgent or emergency care
• Familiarity with the Epic EMR system and high-volume clinical practice

Other Requirements:

• Must be available for scheduled onboarding and EMR training sessions on set Wednesdays
• Willingness to travel within a 60-mile radius of your residence for multiple clinic locations
• Able to pass a clinical screening and complete credentialing processes prior to scheduling
• No travel or lodging reimbursement; mileage reimbursement only
