A growing paper packaging manufacturer in the Rockingham, NC area is seeking a Process Lead to enhance safety and define standard processes for managing centerlines and rapid changeovers. This role involves continuous improvement of standards, training operators, and optimizing production schedules. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology or Engineering, at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, and strong knowledge of Lean Production System principles.
