Urgent Care NP or PA Provider

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year. Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000. Flex schedule.

Premier World Class Urgent Care and Primary Care Network in North Carolina offers patient care at over 50 locations statewide, recognized by the JCAHO Gold seal of approval. Our outpatient centers provide a wide array of services including accidents, medical illness, injuries, simple procedures, wound care, flu prevention, vaccinations, labs, x‑rays, physicals, employment related services, and women’s health.

Board Certified nurse practitioners or Physician Assistants with BLS certification, an active NC Provider license in good standing, and at least one year of experience in emergency medicine, family medicine, and/or primary care settings. Prior experience in an outpatient medical clinic or urgent care setting is preferred.

• Obtain an adequate history and perform an appropriate physical examination for the presenting problem.
• Order pertinent laboratory and radiographic studies as needed based on the initial evaluation.
• Make appropriate therapeutic decisions in conjunction with the patient based on the information gathered.
• Administer appropriate medication or treatment as necessary.
• May perform minor surgical procedures such as suturing, stitching, stapling, incision and drainage when necessary.
