Hourly Wage

Hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. $19 - $32 per hour

Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending most of their time in the backroom. Associates must be able to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds and may need to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.

• Unload trucks and transport merchandise to storage areas
• Stock new freight onto shelves and storage racks
