Thisroleplaysacrucialroleinmanagingandoverseeingthefinancialhealthoftheproductionoperations.

Key responsibilities

• Conductvarianceanalysistoexplaindeviationsfrombudgetsandforecasts.

General Ledgerand Month -End Close:

• Executemonth-endandyear-endclosingprocesses.
• Performmonthlyaccountreconciliationstoensureaccuracy.
• Monitorandanalyzemanufacturingcosts,includingrawmaterials,labor,andoverheads.
• Trackinventory,ensuringaccuracyandvaliditythroughreconciliationandcyclecountreporting.
• Collaboratewithproductionandoperationsteamstoimproveyieldandefficiency,identifying cost-savingopportunities.

Compliance and Internal Controls :

• EnsurecompliancewithGAAPandrelevantfinancialregulations.
• Assistwithinternalandexternalaudits,includingpreparingdocumentationandprovidingsupport.
• Assistwithtaxpreparationandcompliance(incometax,salestax,etc).
• Contributetothebudgetingprocess,assistinginthecreationofbudgetsandfinancialforecasts.

Experience:Minimumof3-5yearsofprogressiveaccountingexperience,withexperienceinamanufacturingenvironmentbeingpreferred.

Technical

Skills:

• Proficiencyinaccountingsoftware,IQMSexperienceisabonus.
• UnderstandingofU.S.GAAPasitappliestoamanufacturingenvironment.

Soft Skills:

• Stronganalyticalandproblem-solving skills.
• Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateam,managemultipletasksandmeetdeadlines.
