Patient Service Coordinator
Maine Health Behavioral Health is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to join our highly functional, cross-coverage team in Rockland. This role manages complex scheduling for the practice and provides comprehensive administrative and office support for both patients and providers.

Key responsibilities include managing complex scheduling for patients and providers across the practice, coordinating appointments, referrals, and follow-up visits, providing administrative and clerical support to clinical staff, answering phones, responding to inquiries, and assisting patients with professionalism and empathy, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with team members to support cross-coverage needs and maintain smooth daily operations.

This position consists of 40 hours per week, day shifts. The Patient Service Coordinator role manages complex scheduling for the practice and is responsible for providing administrative and office support for patients and providers.
Required minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) include a high school diploma or GED preferred, no license/certifications required, two years of administrative patient service experience, and proficient computer skills preferred.

The pay range for this position is $21.09 to $27.12 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
