Maine Health Behavioral Health is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to join our highly functional, cross‑coverage team in Rockland. This role manages complex scheduling for the practice and provides comprehensive administrative and office support for both patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities- Manage complex scheduling for patients and providers across the practice
- Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow‑up visits
- Provide administrative and clerical support to clinical staff
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist patients with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation is completed appropriately
- Collaborate with team members to support cross‑coverage needs and maintain smooth daily operations

The pay range for this position is $21.09to $27.12 per hour.
