We are seeking an Engineering Intern.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
Assists Engineers in the following:
Prototype Fabrication, Assembly, Testing, Create Solid Works Models and Process ECNs (Engineering Change Notices).

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

* Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings

* Conceptualize and produce layouts or designs in Solid Works

* Ensure designs meet or exceed company standards for safety, performance, reliability, manufacturability, cost, quality, geometric analysis

* Integrate engineering changes with MRP and production control (ECNs)

* Ensure the accurate and timely completion of test and design reports

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:

Education:

Pursuing a Bachelor of Science Engineering Field.

Communication

Skills:

Speak and hear or communicate effectively with other employees at all locations. Communicate effectively on: complex abstract issues, contracts and specifications with vendors, technical issues with customers and other employees.

Technical

Skills:

Use a variety of standard office machines, printers, copiers, calculators, telephones etc. Use computers and related software such as spreadsheets, CAD packages, word processing etc. Use a variety of hand and power tools, drills, saws, wrenches, grinders, hammers, jacks, etc.

Computer

Skills:

Working knowledge of Solid Works, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
