Operations Specialist

Role Overview

A position that leverages teller and cash‑handling experience to lead daily operations while providing excellent customer service.

• Ensure all operations tasks are completed and the banking center is compliant.
• Provide friendly, accurate financial transactions to customers, including receiving deposits, cash checks, issuing withdrawals, and recording deposits.
• Lead and assist a team of tellers with their operational duties.
• Take responsibility for managing the vault.
• Serve as the face of the bank, providing the best banking experience and building strong customer relationships.
