We are looking for a Part-Time
Financial Services Specialist to join our Branchteam in Rockland . In this role,you'llhelp customers with their day-to-day banking needs while building relationships and connecting them with products and services that support their financial goals.
Theanticipatedhours are 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.Monday-Friday.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build new relationships and deepen existing customer relationships through meaningful conversations and product referrals.
- Support branch growth byidentifyingcustomer needs and referring mortgage, home equity, and other banking opportunities to the appropriate team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Previous customer service or retail experience and a passion for helping others.
- A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly and solve problems effectively.
Up to a week of in-person training, which requires travel to Machias, is mandatory within the first
30 daysfor onboarding in this role. Additionally, future training sessions maynecessitatetravel if retraining is required.
