Our client in Rockland, Maine is looking to bring on a dependable team member for a hands-on manufacturing role with long-term potential. This Blender Operator/Manufacturing Associate position pays $24.49/hour and is designed as temp-to-hire, offering a great foot in the door with a national company.

This is a fast-paced and candid production environment where attention to detail and safety are paramount - plus you'll love the built-in 3-day weekend every week!

• Operate blending equipment to mix ingredients according to batch recipes
• Measure and verify ingredients with accuracy
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process
• Operate a forklift to move and store materials (preferred, not required)
• Adjust and troubleshoot machinery as needed

• 1+ year of experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment
• Attention to detail and strength with numbers and measurements
• Ability to work effectively in a candid & direct, team-driven production environment
• Commitment to safe work practices
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
