This Blender Operator/Manufacturing Associate position pays $24.49 per hour and is designed as temp‑to‑hire, offering a great foot in the door with a national company. • Operate blending equipment to mix ingredients according to batch recipes
• Measure and verify ingredients with accuracy
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process
• Operate a forklift to move and store materials (preferred, not required)
• Adjust and troubleshoot machinery as needed

• 1+ year of experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment
• Attention to detail and strength with numbers and measurements
• Ability to work effectively in a candid & direct, team‑driven production environment
• Commitment to safe work practices
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
