Our newly built, state‑of‑the‑art skilled nursing facility in beautiful Rockland, Maine, offers a warm and supportive environment. Breakwater Commons specializes in post‑acute rehab, long‑term care, and memory care services, with stunning ocean views, private rooms, a close‑knit rehab team, and a culture focused on collaborative care and compassionate service.

You will play an integral role in the rehabilitation of patients with diverse medical diagnoses. You will provide individualized therapy services in a collaborative, team‑oriented setting, working closely with nurses, physicians, and other rehabilitation professionals. Therapists thrive with our patient‑first approach to rehab, with extensive clinical education, mentorship, and genuine passion for providing an excellent patient experience.
