in a home-like residential setting, not a hospital.This is a unique CNA opportunity where care is more personal, flexible, and impactful, and duties are lighter than traditional facility roles.

- Lighter CNA workload + more meaningful patient interaction.
- Support patients recovering from brain injuries, strokes, and complex conditions.
- Help patients transition from hospital → home → independence.
- Be part of a collaborative neurorehabilitation team.
- Assist with daily care + life skills development.
- Support cooking, light housekeeping, and transportation.
- Participate in community-based activities.
- Administer medications (with certification).
- Direct Support Professional (DSP) certification within 6 months.
- CRMA certification (if not already CNA-M).
