This is a  
** hands-on quality and food safety role
** where you'll apply your scientific background in a real-world manufacturing setting - perfect for candidates who enjoy problem-solving and independent thinking.

** Typical daily duties:*
* + Monitor and enforce food safety and quality standards (GMP, HACCP, FSMA, SQF/BRC)

+ Operate and monitor extraction line quality control processes

+ Maintain documentation and records for quality control processes

+ Perform routine quality checks on raw materials and in-process production

+ Conduct sensory evaluations and laboratory testing as needed

* What we're looking for:

* + Strong attention to detail and ability to think independently

+ Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field (preferred)

+ 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing quality assurance or quality control

+ Backgrounds in environmental, marine biology, or microbiology are highly encouraged
