Pro Search has partnered with our client in Rockland, ME, as they seek a relationship driven Inside Sales Representative. This is not your standard sales role but is an opportunity to build trusted relationships with veterinary clinics and support professionals who help pet owners through some of life's hardest moments.

What You Will Do
  • Establish long-term relationships with veterinary clinics and animal hospitals through consultative B2B sales.
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to understand their needs, provide education, and increase product usage.
  • Serve as a trusted resource to clinic staff by sharing best practices around product use and revenue generation.
  • Manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce, including detailed call notes and follow-up tracking.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals through thoughtful, relationship-based outreach.
This inside sales role is a phone-heavy, in-office position that rewards strong listening skills, empathy, and follow-through.

What We Are Looking For
  • At least two years of B2B sales or inside sales experience, ideally in a relationship-focused environment.
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales goals through outbound calling.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a warm, professional presence.
  • Strong multitasking ability, including active listening, note-taking, and CRM management.
  • A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with high integrity and follow-through.
  • Comfort working on-site and collaborating closely with a small, dedicated team.
Experience working with veterinary clinics, medical practices, or service-based B2B customers is a plus, but not required.

Schedule and Work Environment
  • On-site position in Rockland, Maine
  • 32 hours per week
  • Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
