PVH in Maine seeks a Developmental Services Case Manager to assess eligibility for adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. You will meet with individuals and families, gather information for eligibility, and enter data into the Evergreen system by deadlines.
You will also educate the public about the intake process in school settings and provide limited state case management. A Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field with LSW licensure eligibility is required, plus transcripts
