The Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Aging and Disability Services, is seeking an Intake and Eligibility Caseworker to be based in Rockland, ME. You will assess client needs, gather information for eligibility determinations, and enter data into Evergreen by required deadlines.
You will also conduct outreach in schools and communities and may provide limited state case management. A Bachelor's in social work or related field and eligibility for LSW licensure are required.
