POSITION OVERVIEW

The Inventory Specialist will play a key role in tracking inventory, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day‑to‑day warehouse operations. - Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory verification
- Maintain and update inventory records, researching and resolving discrepancies
- Prepare inventory documentation, reports, and supporting records
- Assist with inventory audits and reporting initiatives
- Support data entry, filing, and general administrative functions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
- Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a warehouse and operational environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking systems
This position offers a starting pay rate of up to $25/hour, with flexibility based on experience.
