Requirements- MA Elementary Education Certification
- Knowledge of Structured Literacy Instruction
- Knowledge of IEP and Team meeting process
- Adapt in analyzing student work/data, and differentiating instruction as needed
- Familiarity with Responsive Classroom and PBIS
- Strong behavior management skills
- Ability to collaborate and work with classroom teachers, special educators, interventionists, and ML teachers
- SEI Endorsement
- Experience with ML students
- Dual Certification in Elementary and Special Education
