What We Need
The IAM Operations Senior Manager is experienced leading a team and overseeing daily operations and governance of the IAM program. This person is an effective leader who drives continuous improvement and maturity of the IAM program. This role is responsible for ensuring that the IAM Operations team operates securely and efficiently while delivering measurable and impactful value to the organization. They are responsible for enforcement of security and compliance requirements and driving operational efficiencies within IAM and across the organization.
This role is eligible for our flex 1m persona.
Your Day to Day
Ownership and oversight of daily operations including user lifecycle events, access provisioning and deprovisioning, new hire onboarding, and IAM and company-wide initiatives Identify opportunities to mature the IAM program and collaborate with engineering, architecture, identity governance and product ownership teams to deliver valuable solutions and enhancements Oversee IAM solutions and collaborate with integration teams to understand changes to IAM Operations processes and plan upcoming automation releases Collaborate to develop the IAM roadmap and allocate IAM Operations resources to effectively achieve objectives Manage IAM Operations team members and ensure that individual, team and enterprise-wide deliverables and goals are achieved timely Identify opportunities to automate and align processes to standards, contributing to increased audit compliance and governance, improved security practices and improved user experience Ensure that the IAM program aligns with security, governance and compliance requirements.
Support internal and external logical access audits Review processes and monitor quality assurance results to ensure audit and security controls are effective Assist in designing and managing the strategy for securing, monitoring, and managing privileged accounts and access

We're Looking For:
- Experience with IAM and IGA solutions such as SailPoint, Forge Rock, Ping Identity, Delinea, Cyber Ark
- Strong knowledge of identity governance and compliance standards
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (NIST, SOC)
- Expert level knowledge of BCBSMA Information Security standards and industry best practices, frameworks, and regulations.
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills with business partners, team members, key stakeholders and senior leadership
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in a technology, security, or compliance field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in IAM Operations or security roles
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA is a plus

This job is also eligible for variable pay.
