Full‑time opportunity located at Webster Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center – a 110‑bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility.

Salary: $58,000 – $98,000 per year.

• Provide overall leadership of the maintenance department.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate HVAC, boiler, compressor, and generator operations.
• Develop and enforce maintenance schedules and safety procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and maintenance schematics.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and labor laws.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a maintenance position.
• Experience in nursing home or long‑term care settings required.
• HVAC certification strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Licensed in accordance with applicable standards, codes, and labor laws.
