Construction Project Manager

* Food Tech is looking for a Project Manager to Manage all facets of the project including budget, schedule, scope of work, subcontractor

coordination, and contract execution.

** Essential

Duties & Responsibilities *
* + Manage all facets of the project including budget, schedule, scope of work, subcontractorcoordination, and contract execution.

+ Work with the Planning, Design, and Construction teams to effectively manage the project.

+ Serve as the primary contact for the client as well as the project team.

+ Other duties as assigned.

** Qualifications*
* +  Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or related 4-year degree.

+ 5-10 years of relevant experience; experience in food and beverage or cold storage is stronglydesired.

+ Willingness to travel to nation-wide project sites, estimated 25% time.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Detail-oriented and effective in keeping all critical project aspects up to date.

+ Proficiency in Procore and MS Project or other scheduling software.

+ Supervisory and leadership skills.

+ Team-oriented, positive attitude, and proactive work ethic.

+ Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
