- Up to $26.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Perform barrel and rack plating, ensuring adherence to quality control standards;
Control zinc plating processing and manage hazardous chemicals, monitor pH levels, and add chemicals as needed;
Run and clean high-pressure wastewater filter systems; change filters for zinc and water rinse tanks; monitor acid pH levels;
Load, unload, dip, and hang parts for manual rack plating tanks; check plating thickness and color; prepare new plating solutions;
Record plating logs and daily production reports; maintain accurate chemical inventory and ensure a clean, safe workspace
