Overview
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. - Providing daily supervision and direction to production and/or hourly employees.
- Managing employee training, ensuring team members are properly trained, certified, and maintaining required competencies for their roles.
- Coaching and developing employees while reinforcing clear performance expectations and accountability.
- Handling shift administrative activities such as time and absence reporting, attendance control, vacation planning, and overtime.
- Planning and prioritizing daily work schedules, allocating work assignments, and regulating production processes to meet daily production requirements.
- Using production metrics to identify issues, drive corrective actions, and support consistent performance.
- Encouraging continuous improvement in safety, productivity, quality, and spending.
- This position is a 3rd‑shift Supervisor role working Sunday night through Friday morning, 11 PM–8 AM.
- High School Diploma, GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Five (5) years in a manufacturing and/or production environment in a private, public, government or military environment
- Three (3) year supervisor or leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams
- Experience leading or participating in Lean Six Sigma projects and/or Green Belt certification
- Self‑directed, detail‑oriented, and strong decision‑making capability in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to create, lead and work in a team atmosphere
- Experience using ERP or manufacturing systems such as SAP or MES
- Rockland, MA on‑site
- Travel:

The expected compensation range for this position is $84,595 - $103,394, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
