Description
Bendon Gear has a position open for a FULL-TIME GEAR CUTTER. Training may be available for the right candidate.
The Ideal Candidate :MUST BE FULLY CAPABLE OF SETTING UP AND OPERATING GEAR CUTTING MACHINERY.
DUTIES:SET UP AND RUN GEAR CUTTING MACHINES TO PRODUCE PRECISION GEARS FOR AGMA CLASS 9-12.

Job TypeFull-time
Pay$20.00 - $25.00+ per hour
Qualifications:- 5 Years experience minimum.
- Understanding of gear terms and dimensions: spur, helical, worm.
- Capable of measuring cut gears, wire size, test radius, lead.
- Can set up Barber Colman, Mikron, and Pfauter Hobbers.
- Can set up Fellows shapers.
- CNC Gear hobber setup is a plus, but not required.
- Attention to detail is critical.
